Production & Shipping Times

Every item in my shop is created with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart!

I am a single mom, sole proprietor, and the sole artist behind this business, which means I personally design, create, manufacture, package, and ship many of the products you see here. Some items—such as stickers, cards, and other paper goods—are made entirely in-house by me using one printer and one cutting machine, and due to order volume and production, these items can take up to three weeks before they ship out. Other products, including decals, keychains, notebooks, pens, washi tape, and similar items, are produced by trusted external manufacturing partners, after sample testing. Those items are shipped to me first so I can carefully separate, inspect and re-package them before sending them to you, while other select print-on-demand items are sent directly to you from trusted manufacturers. Because of this, items in the same order may ship separately. Pre-order items are sent to production with our manufacturers immediately, and while most arrive within their estimated timeframes (3-6 weeks), manufacturer delays can occasionally extend processing beyond what is anticipated. These delays are unfortunately out of my control when they happen (thankful it is not very often!).

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this growing phase of my business. My goal is to balance creating new artwork and designs with fulfilling each order thoughtfully and responsibly, and as my business grows, I hope to move more of the production over to manufacturers, and have more stock ready on hand, so I can focus even more on creating the art you love and speed up shipped times.
