*Note: You do not need a UKC # for Novice Puppy 3-6 months old classes, and Veterans in the non-licensed veterans classes can be spayed/neutered

Camping Policy:
- RV's/Camper Trailers may park overnight in the parking lot of the event location, however there is no water or electric and toilets will also not be available while the building is closed overnight.
- There are campgrounds nearby for full hookup camping.
INDOOR BUILDING:
-There is no WIFI, however there is cellphone coverage for most people.
-There is crate spacing, but blow dryers are not allowed, and everyone needs to be sure they give plenty of space for other people to crate.
-PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR. We are charged for each chair we use for the show, so please bring your own chair to use for the day.
Poop/Pee Policy:
- All exhibitors MUST PICK UP ALL DOG POOP (indoor and outdoor) at the show site location and hotel sites. Please ensure you are watching your dog at ALL TIMES as not to miss any poop or pee needing to be picked up.
Do not leave poop in bags on the ground. Do not deposit poop in the recycling bin. Do not leave poop anywhere. The grounds are used by the guard members who perform exercises in the grass. They deserve to have a clean space to work in and we will lose this site if there are poop piles left behind.
Poop bags AND a large portable water sprayer with disinfectant will be provided. All loose stool MUST BE sprayed with the sprayer into the ground to remove all residue and disinfect the area.
Refund Policy:
- Requests received prior to pre-entry closing date will receive a voucher, to be used within one year. Entry fees will not refunded in the event the request is received after the pre-entry date, a dog is absent, disqualified , excused by the judge or veterinarian or barred from competition by action of the show committee.
- No fees will be refunded if the show cannot be open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public, or any other cause beyond the control of the show committee. Instead a voucher will be given.
- Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The club will add a $55.00 fee for each returned check
- The show giving club, their agents, and employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damaged, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or any of their dogs or property.
- Dog MUST have a UKC registration or listing number to be entered.
