*Note: You do not need a UKC # for Novice Puppy 3-6 months old classes, and Veterans in the non-licensed veterans classes can be spayed/neutered

Camping Policy:
- RV's/Camper Trailers may park overnight in the parking lot of the event location, however there is no water or electric and toilets will also not be available while the building is closed overnight.
- There are campgrounds nearby for full hookup camping.

INDOOR BUILDING: 

-There is no WIFI, however there is cellphone coverage for most people. 

-There is crate spacing, but blow dryers are not allowed, and everyone needs to be sure they give plenty of space for other people to crate. 

-PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR. We are charged for each chair we use for the show, so please bring your own chair to use for the day. 

Poop/Pee Policy:
- All exhibitors MUST PICK UP ALL DOG POOP (indoor and outdoor) at the show site location and hotel sites. Please ensure you are watching your dog at ALL TIMES as not to miss any poop or pee needing to be picked up. 


Do not leave poop in bags on the ground. Do not deposit poop in the recycling bin. Do not leave poop anywhere. The grounds are used by the guard members who perform exercises in the grass. They deserve to have a clean space to work in and we will lose this site if there are poop piles left behind. 

Poop bags AND a large portable water sprayer with disinfectant will be provided. All loose stool MUST BE sprayed with the sprayer into the ground to remove all residue and disinfect the area. 

Refund Policy:
- Requests received prior to pre-entry closing date will receive a voucher, to be used within one year. Entry fees will not refunded in the event the request is received after the pre-entry date, a dog is absent, disqualified , excused by the judge or veterinarian or barred from competition by action of the show committee.
- No fees will be refunded if the show cannot be open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public, or any other cause beyond the control of the show committee. Instead a voucher will be given.
- Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The club will add a $55.00 fee for each returned check
- The show giving club, their agents, and employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damaged, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or any of their dogs or property.
- Dog MUST have a UKC registration or listing number to be entered.

 

NEW TITLE RIBBON POLICY 

We offer new title ribbons for the following: 

1.) New title ribbons will be offered ONLY to our club members (those in our FB group for members: https://www.facebook.com/groups/3460655234219214). (*membership is not guaranteed, and we base our approval on our interactions with you at shows and whether you are a good fit for the club. Are you patient? positive? Do you use common courtesies like please and thank you? Do you volunteer and help? Do you ask how you can help before you ask what you can get from the club? Do you keep a positive can do attitude even when problems arise? etc. Or do you pester, nag, throw a fit when things don't go a specific way, are you putting stress or pressure on club members, are you rude, cold and unfriendly? Are you impatient or complain? Are you a micromanager, domineering, pushy? Are you already following our group rules or would you be in violation of them if you were a club member? These are all factors used to determine whether you will be accepted as a group member.)
2.) New title ribbons must be picked up at the show site, either the same day of the show that you earn the title (if we have enough ribbons on hand and can verify you likely earned it) OR at a subsequent show within a year of notifying us of your new title (We are no longer mailing out ribbons due to the expense/time).
3.) We will verify you have "likely" earned a new title before creating and gifting you the new title ribbon. (we will do an online points check through the UKC website, and if the points check along with the event wins for that event will "likely" earn you a new title, we will then create a ribbon for you). If the online points system is not updated with all of your wins, you will need to wait until it is updated for us to verify before you receive your ribbon.
4.) New title ribbons are still only offered to those members who have earned that new title at one of our events.
